At Absolutely Boutique, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns process works.
In-store purchases

You have 7 days from purchase to return an item for an exchange or store credit.

Refunds are not offered on in-store purchases.
Online purchases

You have 7 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to return an item.

We’re happy to provide an exchange, store credit, or refund (processed back to your original payment method).
Sale and discounted items

All sale or discounted items are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please choose carefully.
Conditions of return

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, clean, odour-free, and with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked courier, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Returns, exchanges, and credits are only processed once the item has been received and checked.
How to return an online order

Email us at hello@absolutelyboutique.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your parcel to request a return.

Wait for confirmation from us before sending anything back.

Carefully re-pack your item with a copy of your receipt.

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Refunds can take 1–3 working days to appear once processed.
